Passengers panicked when the luxury cruise ship they were traveling on started to flood.
The boat which was carrying 4,200 passengers fell to it's side after hitting a reef off of the coast of Tuscany. It happened while most of them were eating dinner. Some passengers fell and were slightly injured. Rescue boats made trips to and from the shore with frightened passengers. Some people that didn't wait for the boats jumped off, but sadly the 200 yard swim was too much for a few of those passengers.
As of now there are 16 people dead and 16 people that are unaccounted for, including 2 Americans. Some compared this accident to the Titanic disaster.
